We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant to join our vibrant account team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping, performing AR & AP functions and bank reconciliations, ensuring accounting documentation is properly filed, and preparing monthly reports and year-end audit packs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping and general accounting administration work

Requirements:

Role Description:

Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in all aspects of financial operations across The Ensign Group
• Supervise and maintain general accounting systems including the general ledger, financial consolidations, and submission of accurate and timely data
• Prepare financial reports including management reports, audit reports, and tax returns for both internal and external use
