Role Description

- Assist to General Manager and Deputy General Manager in Finance Division on all aspects of financial operation in The Ensign Group.
- Assist to supervise the maintenance and administration of the general accounting systems including upkeep of the general ledger, consolidation of financial reports, and submission of accurate and timely data for financial reporting purpose. - Assist to analyzes, prepares and audits a variety of complex governmental financial statements and reports, draws conclusions and make appropriate recommendations in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles, government rules and regulations.
- Assist to establish accounting operation manuals of procedures and policies for The Ensign Group.
- Assess, develop and supervise the accounting managers within The Ensign Group and allocate human resources in align with the corporate development in China / Hong Kong.
- Study and evaluate accounting operations and participate in system design with concerned departments and IT staff.
- Acts as internal auditor for processing internal auditing within The Ensign Group.
