- Sales Executive
- Conduct sales activities for Air & Sea freight, logistics, Import & export
- Build up & maintain customer database
- Develop new business within our target markets
- Fulfill weekly reports
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years freight forwarding sales working experience
- Customer focused and able to develop customer base
- Initiative, proactive, responsible, team spirit
- Good knowledge about China freight forwarding market
- Good knowledge in freight industry
- Good business development skills
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills
- Warehouse Project Manager
- Responsible to plan the resources of each project subject to the logistics manager guideline and work in actual operations, includes but not limits project planning and management, track and monitor daily operation and on site management, provide operation solution and control cost, prepare the project report etc
- Project organization skill and project management experience, such as warehouse project in non-bonded and bonded area, Bulk Cargo transportation
- Accomplish project preparation independently with colleagues, includes but not limits to prepare project PPT, inquiry / offering, daily communication with overseas agents, vendor and all parties, set up SOP/KPI etc
- According to different warehouse project, develop and maintain warehouse management system
- Assist Logistics Manager to maintain and accomplish vendor developing / assessment
- Accomplish other daily work allocated by Logistics Manager
- College or above, major in logistics management, have more than 5 years working experience in comprehensive project management, third-party logistics experience is preferred
- Warehouse project organization skill and warehousing project management experience, such as warehouse project in non-bonded and bonded area
- Experience in using and developing warehouse management system
- Good communication skill and team player
- Be able to work under pressure, can travel if required, work is under ‘flexi-hour’
- Good skill in Microsoft PPT etc
